Shipping will depend on your location and the speed you choose.

What is your return policy?

Since this is a limited-edition product, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of damaged/defective product. Please contact us at hello@penandpillar with any product questions.

Where is the planner made?

The planner is made in Korea, the pen is made in China. This product is made sustainably and ethically and ships plastic free!

Why don't you make your planners anymore?

Our planner volume greatly increased over the last couple years, which left us with two options: invest in a fleet of new machinery and become a print shop, or outsource all our production overseas and start managing high levels of time-sensitive inventory.
Neither option appealed to us, so we decided to scale back and produce one limited-edition planner a year.

What kind of paper is used?

The same high-quality, thick, sustainable paper you're used to seeing from us.
