What is Excluded from Free Shipping?
Our woven blankets are currently the only item that is excluded from Free Shipping.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Products shipped from our warehouse ship in 1-3 business days. Products from our warehouse include planners, cards and pens.
Items that ship from our production partners vary by shipping location. See below for estimated shipping times. Please note that shipping times do not refer to delivery dates:
Woven Blankets: 3-4 business days
Phone Cases: 1-2 business days
Kindle Cases: 1-2 business days
AirPods Cases: 2-4 business days
Mousepads: 2-4 business days
Am I Able to Change My Address On An Order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to your address. We suggest contacting the shipping carrier directly to have your address changed.
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns on damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please email hello@penandpillar.com. You may be asked to provide photos of damages.
