Refund policy

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and unused.

We cover the cost of return shipping, and we do not charge a restocking fee.

Final sale items are not eligible for return. This includes all personalized goods - because they're made uniquely for you, we're unable to accept them back.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@penandpillar.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is on us.

Refund timing

We process returns within 3–5 business days of receiving them. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
