Winter is almost gone- finally! Until we are able to go outside without frowning, here is a soup recipe that will help keep you warm and healthy.
Ingredients:1 lb. lean grass fed ground beef 1 can black beans 1 can corn 1 bell pepper 1 onion 1 can diced tomatoes 1 container chicken broth 1/2 tbsp turmeric 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tbsp cumin black pepper and salt to taste |
Directions:Cook beef throughly
Add beef and remaining ingredients to stock pot and cook for 20-30 minutes on medium high heat.
Best served with sliced avocado, cheese, greek yogurt, and tortilla chips!
