Our June Rose woven throw blanket — hand-painted design by Taylor, a single pink rose in bloom centered on cream cotton, framed by a hand-drawn quilt border and woven in the North Carolina foothills.
Roses are June's birth flower and the oldest symbol of love the flower language has. Painted first in gouache and then woven in cotton, this design trades a full bouquet for the quiet of one bloom held in the middle.
