We offer free returns on all items within 60 days of receipt except for personalized phone cases (nonreturnable). Items must be returned unused in their original packaging. We will replace any items that are damaged or defective. Please send an email tohello@penandpillar.comto start a return and include pictures if you receive a product with any issues. We will make sure that you are taken care of!
