Discipline is a form of self care, and each month our journal provides you a place to review where you did well, and where you want to improve. It's all about small steps!

The details:

Our wellness journal is designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul. We've combined aspects of mental, physical, and spiritual health into one journaling experience that walks through each month with you. We do this by focusing on tools like tracking, guided journaling, labeling thought patterns, accountability, and taking inventory.

It took us months to test and source our paper! We chose a natural colored, 70lb text paper that does not bleed or ghost- even with markers.

Two reasons: 

1. Thickness. We didn't want to sacrifice quality content for a thinner book, so we landed on three months worth of journaling. 

2. Building the habit. Our wellness journal is built on the belief that accountability and consistency are key to building a sustainably healthy lifestyle. Three months at a time is less overwhelming than 6 months or a year at a time. Plus, it gives you the chance to give it a try without a huge commitment. How your Wellness Journal is Made

The Cover

This is the only part of the book we do not manufacture in house. We work with a local print shop that prints and coats our covers. Not only are they luxuriously soft, they are water resistant!

The Inside

We have 4 large scale printers that print all our planner and notebook pages- this is what allows us to offer different formats. After printing, we cut the paper on our large scale guillotine cutter, round the corners, and punch the pages to prepare them for binding.

Binding and Finishing

All the finished pieces- covers, inside pages, and label now get assembled and clamped together with coil to complete the book.
